We will be gathering at 3 o'clock in the lower lawn below St Johns Church and tea will be served with period selections of bread and butter, preserves and lemon curd, biscuits, and small cakes along with the usual complementary nuts and dried fruits.
We ask if you could bring your own tea cup and saucer as well as a chair or bench to sit. Perhaps, a gentleman of your acquaintance will be kind enough to bring one for you.
Bring along some needlework or knitting.
